FOLLOW THE PASSPORK PROGRESS!

 

Last 10th June an internal training took place in order to learn the sampling procedure. It was held in the abattoir of Olot Meats (Olot, Spain). All the developers visited the facilities and one of the pork carcasses was used to demonstrate the sampling methodology.

Afterwards, the current status of the technology was described and an action plan for the forthcoming months was agreed in which the validation of the prototype is the core part of the tasks.
