Partners met in Siegen to explain the progress


Developers met in Siegen (Germany) to talk about the progress of the PassPork technology and the nexts to in-field validate it.



Last 10th June an internal training took place in order to learn the sampling procedure. It was held in the abattoir of Olot Meats (Olot, Spain). All the developers visited the facilities and one of the pork carcasses was used to demonstrate the sampling methodology.

PassPork in the BizBarcelona fair


On the 4th and 5th June PassPork was present in BizBarcelona fair through ATEKNEA and JCB. It is the main fair for business opportunities in Barcelona. It was visited by 12,320 people, out of them 30% were SMEs and 30% entrepreneuers.

PassPork at the FoodTechBazar


DTU's first Food Tech Bazar will take place on Wednesday 30th October at Roskilde (Denmark). It will be organized by the DTU National Food Institute and all participants will be able to meet 70 exhibitors from corporate research and business environment, as well as 400 visitors from the industry.
